Saudi Arabia: Free shipping for orders above 299 SAR.
GCC countries: Calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
5. UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or absence, it will be returned to us.
In such cases, NextDay may refund the order amount excluding shipping fees or reship it upon request (with an additional delivery charge).
6. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at
